1. Digital Services Policy

Because PRIMEVIA DIGITAL LLC provides customized digital services (such as website development, graphic design, and marketing strategies), we dedicate significant time, labor, and resources to each project immediately upon contract signing or initial payment. Therefore, our refund policy varies depending on the stage of the service.

2. Cancellation of Services

• One-time Projects: Clients may request to cancel a project at any time. However, any cancellation requests made after work has already commenced will be subject to a fee proportional to the amount of work completed up to that date.

• Monthly Retainers / Recurring Services: For monthly services (such as Social Media Strategy or SEO), clients can cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

3. Refund Eligibility

We use the information we collect to:

• Full Refunds: A full refund is eligible only if a cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before any actual work, research, or kickoff meetings have started.Partial Refunds: If a project is cancelled mid-way, a partial refund may be issued based on the remaining uncompleted milestones of the project, at the sole discretion of PRIMEVIA DIGITAL LLC.

• No Refunds: No refunds will be issued once the final digital assets, website access, design files, or completed campaign materials have been delivered and approved by the client.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our support team at Contact@primeviadigital.com with your invoice number and a detailed explanation of your request. All refund requests are reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days.
